TRAVEL PLAN
SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS 1-DAY TOUR
To begin our tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, we will pick you up at approximately 7:00 a.m. We will then travel for approximately one hour to visit the ancient archaeological site of Pisac, where you will learn about the skill of the Incas when it came to their constructions. We will then pass through the town of Pisac, famous for its artisan market where you will find a variety of products such as paintings, key chains, handicrafts, etc.
At noon, we will have lunch in the Urubamba Valley. After a short break, we will visit the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo, a strategic control site and a fortress of finely carved stones, which were brought to this mountain to be used for astronomical purposes. We will continue our final visit to the town of Chinchero, which during the Inca period enjoyed great importance due to its fertile terraced land where potatoes were primarily grown. It is also known for its famous textiles, keeping different ancestral traditions alive.
The tour concludes at approximately 6:30 p.m. in Cusco, after enjoying this unforgettable experience of the Sacred Valley of the Incas Tour.
